Presence – Leave Management
Presence is a leave management system that offers the ability to manage leave at the district level without a paper process involved. This system will allow staff to input leave requests online and submit to the leave secretary of the school.
- Paperless leave request system for Personal Leave, Sick Leave, and Professional Leave
- Allows leave secretaries at the school to enter leave information and assign substitute information
- Allows Payroll personnel to export substitute payroll information and import into other applications
- Generates reports for individuals and district office personnel
- Automatic leave accrual based on Employment term
- Employees will be able to see leave balances from the web
